Registration

To register for class:

Complete the attached application and send it to cnacareercollege@gmail.com. We will review your qualifications and make sure they are met. Once your qualifications are confirmed, we will contact you to select a class and pay the class fee.  Please confirm you meet the qualifications below prior to applying.

Admission into the training is limited to currently certified nursing assistants (CNA) who:

• Have continuously worked as a certified nursing aide in a nursing home or an assisted living care living facility for at least 365 days of uninterrupted, full-time work at no more than two different facilities at the time the applicant submits an application;
• Are a certified nurse aide;
• Have no outstanding complaints or restrictions on CNA certification;
• Are at least 18 years old;
• Are not currently listed on any abuse or sex offender registry;
• Do not have an encumbrance on any professional license of certificate;
• Earned a high school diploma, or GED.
